Matron isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience. One that is located on top of a mountain no less. Brilliant food can only be eaten by the best sights after all. The view of the horizon is unbeatable. You are set right in the middle of all the most prominent mountains in the Pacific Northwest. When the sunsets it’s not too far off from a religious experience.
